If you are currently being treated for or currently have a diagnosis of cancer: At this time you are not a candidate for Wellcore HRT. Please discuss hormone optimization options with your oncologist or primary care physician.

If you have a history of cancer (other than skin cancer that has been removed and cured): Based on high quality clinical evidence, we strongly believe testosterone and testosterone increasing medications do not cause cancer. However, if you have had cancer in the past, please email a signed letter from your oncologist or treating clinician to support@teamwellcore.com stating that you are cancer free and it is safe for you to proceed with hormone optimization therapy consisting of testosterone and/or clomid.

If you have ever had a blood clot (deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism): There is a large amount of high quality clinical evidence demonstrating that testosterone and testosterone increasing medications do not cause blood clots; however, if you have an untreated genetic clotting disorder, you could be at an increased risk of having a blood clot in the future. In order to be eligible for our service, please email a signed letter from your hematologist or treating physician to support@teamwellcore.com stating that you have been assessed for these genetic conditions and it is safe for you to proceed with hormone optimization therapy consisting of testosterone and/or clomid.

Are you experiencing ANY of the following symptoms?

Hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, painful sex, recent anxiety or recent difficulty sleeping?

This program is only for women experiencing menopausal symptoms. Currently we don’t have a program for pre-menopausal women. Consider seeing your gynecologist or PCP to optimize your hormones.

Are you currently on non-uterine hormonal contraceptives (oral birth control or an implant under the skin)?

You are not a candidate yet as we are unable to determine your ovulatory status if you are on a continuous oral/implantable contraceptive. If you wish to stop your oral contraceptive medication and possibly start our program, please wait 3 months and then we can try again.
